Forty liters with four packing cubes and a shoe pocket in the box — and not one dimension published, under a claim to fit both under a seat and overhead.
The summing up The best-equipped pack here out of the box, four cubes and a shoe pocket included — on a page with a capacity, a screen size and no dimension at all.
What you buy here is a kit rather than a bag. Forty liters, expandable by unzipping, with four packing cubes described one by one — large for sweaters and jackets, medium for shirts, a small water-resistant one with a clear panel so you can see the toiletries through it — and a shoe pocket. Bought separately that set costs a real fraction of this pack, and it is the difference between forty liters of soft box and forty liters of luggage that stays in layers.
What you cannot buy here is certainty about the size. The page publishes a capacity and a screen size and not one dimension: no height, no width, no depth, expanded or not. And it claims the pack “fits overhead and under seat while on state of standard carry on size”, which asserts two different allowances in one sentence — the space under a seat being the smaller of the two, and a 40 L pack that expands being an unlikely occupant of it. Two packs on this shelf publish three dimensions, one of them against a named carrier’s published limit.
The USB arrangement deserves the same care. A built-in charger outside, a built-in cable inside, an offer to charge a phone while walking or cycling — and no mention of a battery, because there is none; the port is a socket wired to a plug and you bring the power bank. The 25 L pack on this shelf has the identical hardware and says so. The carrying hardware is sound: multi-panel ventilated padding, breathable adjustable straps, a chest strap, a luggage strap and an anti-theft back pocket, on water-resistant anti-scratch polyester with metal double zips. The 17 in sleeve, like every sleeve in this half of the hub, comes with a screen size and no padding thickness.

They turn 40 liters into usable volume. A pack this size is a soft box, and the difference between a soft box and luggage is whether the contents stay in layers when it is set down on its side; four cubes — a large one for sweaters and jackets, a medium for shirts, a small water-resistant one with a clear panel for toiletries — plus a shoe pocket, do that out of the box. Bought separately, that set is a real fraction of this pack's price, and this hub has a shelf for them.
The listing does not publish anything that would let you check. It says the pack "fits overhead and under seat while on state of standard carry on size", and nowhere on the page is there a height, a width or a depth, before or after expansion. Those are two different allowances — the space under a seat is smaller than an overhead bin — and a 40 L pack that expands further is not an obvious candidate for the smaller one. Two listings on this shelf publish three dimensions each, and one of them names the carrier whose limit it is quoting.
Not by itself. The page advertises a "builtin USB charger outside and builtin charging cable inside" and offers to let you charge a phone while walking or cycling, and says nothing about a battery — because there is not one. The port is a socket wired to a plug; you supply the power bank. The 25 L pack on this shelf has the same arrangement and states outright that it "doesn't power itself and does not include a power bank and cable", which is the same hardware honestly described.
