Keeping cables and electronics organized while traveling

Cables tangle mainly because they're packed loose — a small dedicated pouch with each item coiled and secured solves most of the problem on its own.

Coil each cable and secure it with its own short velcro strap or a hair tie before it goes into a dedicated electronics pouch, rather than dropping loose cables in alongside a universal adapter and a power bank — a few seconds of coiling prevents most tangling before it starts.

Keep the electronics pouch in the same compartment every trip, ideally somewhere accessible without unpacking the main case, since chargers and adapters tend to be needed at both ends of a journey rather than only on arrival.
